Director
Artistic Director for the Academy.
He holds a Masters of Education from Kent State University and a BFA in Professional Acting and Directing from Southern Methodist University.
As an actor and director, Tom has appeared a good number of
professional theatres in Northeast
Ohio and has served as artistic director for Center Repertory Theatre, Cain Park Summer Theatre, Phoenix Theatre, and the Cleveland Theatre Company, as well as Executive Director for The Fairmount Center for the Arts..

He holds a M.A. from Columbia University in Theatre and Film. As an actor Mitchell has appeared in most of the professional theatres in Cleveland. Mr Fields is an adjunct professor at Baldwin Wallace University
